The odor of the cleaning products was a bit strong at first, but after cracking open the windows, it became manageable. Installing mosquito nets on the windows could improve comfort during the nights, especially with the beautiful view that invites you to keep them open.

Staying at Stellio Affittacamere was fantastic. The location is just steps from the marina, making it super easy to explore Riomaggiore. My room, the Standard Double or Twin Room with Balcony, featured a lovely balcony with breathtaking views of the sea. It was a perfect spot to sip wine while soaking in the beautiful scenery. Roberto, the host, went above and beyond, meeting me at the train station and even helping with my luggage. He provided wonderful recommendations for local eateries and activities, making my visit more enjoyable. The room itself was very clean and had thoughtful touches like a well-stocked mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. However, I did notice that the smell of cleaning products was quite strong initially upon entering the room, although it faded after a bit of ventilation. Overall, it was a memorable stay with exceptional hospitality and stunning views.
